As much as we love our favorite protein bars, sometimes we really want something a little sweet that packs a powerful energy punch, but won’t send our blood sugar spinning out of control. Sham and I recently discovered these at Sprouts and immediately fell in love with them so we decided to stock them so YOU can all enjoy them too!

Our favorites are the Peanut Butter & Banana bites, (although the Chocolate Banana bites are yum too)! They’re not strictly Paleo since peanuts are legumes, but they have clean, organic, super simple ingredients that are 100% gluten free and GMO free.  

They’re also a great source of Potassium, which helps maintain energy in your muscles, activity in your nerves and aids in healthy digestion. This makes them a great healthier snack option when you need that little energy boost before or after a workout.

Just a couple of these bites will have you KILLING that next WOD, you’ll have so much energy!
