5 Rounds for time of:

5 Barbell Strict Press (RX= 105/65)

7 Front Squats (same weight as above)

21 Kettlebell Swings (RX= Full Swings -16kg/24kg)

Once your 5 rounds are complete finish the workout with 10 Burpees
