In 2 minutes complete as many reps as possible of the following: Kettlebell Plankers

Your Wednesday WOD is to complete the following for time:

25 Burpees

then 2 rounds of the following:

7 Power Cleans (RX=Bodyweight)

20 V-Situps

30 Double Unders

then finish with

25 Burpees

Scale the clean to a percentage of your bodyweight
