EMOM for 5 mins:

  • 5 Backsquats
  • Fixed weight for all 5 mins
  • Start this week at 80% of bodyweight and increase by 10lbs every week.

 

Snatch Doubles

In a 30 min window build to a heavy 2 rep Snatch (touch n go)

 

EMOM for 5 mins:

2 Snatches (touch n go at 80% of whatever you got on the Snatch Doubles)
