20 Backsquats

add 5lbs onto the barbell from your previous successful 20 reps

 

rest then…

 

Jump Swing Push

Complete 6 rounds for time of the following:

30 Double Unders 

30 Mixed Kettlebell Swings (24kg/16kg)

12 Parallette Pushups 

 

-one Russian swing + one American swing = 2 reps

-RX+= 5 Bar Muscleups instead of the pushups
