Weighted Plank Holds
4 rounds of 1 minute per holds – increase the weight with each hold.
Focus on quality of your plank rather than amount of weight.
Advanced = Weighted plank with raised feet or hold on rings or both.
For total reps complete the following:
4 rounds of:
1 minute of Kettlebell Swings, 1 minute of rest.
3 rounds of:
1 minute of Toes to Bar, 1 minute of rest.
2 rounds of:
1 minute of burpees, 1 minute of rest.
1 round of:
Run 400m for time.
