Every Minute on the minute for 25 mins:

20 Airsquats

20 Walking Lunges

10 Pushups

10 Deadlifts (225/155)

5 Toes to Bar (strict)

Finish with an 800m run

EXPLAINATION:

In the 1st minute complete the 20 squats then rest.

In the 2nd minute complete the walking lunges then rest.

In the 3rd minute complete the pushups then rest.

In the 4th minute complete the deadlifts then rest.

In the 5th minute complete the toes to bar then rest.

Repeat for 5 rounds

Once the 25 minutes is complete immediately start your 800m – which is timed.
