EMOM for 18 minutes:

  • (0-6 minutes) 15 Full Kettlebell Swings (32kg/24kg)
  • (6-12 minutes) 2 Squat Clean & Jerks (155/105)
  • (12-18 minutes) 5 Pullups (chest to bar).
