We will be doing this at Brit weekly for the next 4 weeks!
EMOM for 10 minutes – complete a set number of STRICT pullups.
Stick to your number – NO KIPPING ALLOWED.

Complete 3 Rounds for time of:
- 7 Backsquats (245/155)
- 3 Strict Press (135/95)
- 21 Wallballs (20/14)
Non RX guidelines:
- Backsquat should be 80% of your max
- Strict Press should be 85% of your max.
