Every minute on the minute for 6 minutes:

  • 5 Back Squats @ 75%  [even mins]
  • 8 Burpees [odd mins]

rest for 1 min then:

Every minute on the minute for 6 minutes:

  • 3 Back Squats @ 85%  [even mins]
  • 20 Double Unders [odd mins]

rest for 1 min then:

Every minute on the minute for 6 minutes:

  • 1 Back Squat 95% [even mins]
  • 10 reps of wall ball [odd mins]
