With an 11 minute countdown, complete the following:
1 Deadlift in the first minute, then rest.
2 Deadlifts in the 2nd minute, then rest.
3 Deadlifts in the 3rd minute, the. rest.
Continue adding an extra rep every minute until the 11th minute, when you complete 11 reps.
