20 Backsquats 

-add 5lbs to your previous successful 20 reps.

-if you failed your last effort, repeat the failed 20 reps with the same weight.

AMRAP in 12 Minutes of:

40 Heavy Jump Rop Singles

30 Russian Kettlebell Swings (24kg/16kg)

20 Pistol Squats (alternating)

 

RX+= 32kg/24kg
