Complete 6 Rounds of the following for time:

  • 30 Double Unders
  • 20 Alternating Weighted Lunges (45/35) -weight held overhead
  • 10 Burpees

Once you have completed the 6 Rounds, finish the workout with:

  • 25 Kettlebell Swings -Full- (24kg/16kg)

Your finishing workout time includes the Kettlebell Swings.
