Holds for Golds

EMOM for 28mins:

  • Deadhang Hold for 45 seconds
  • Handstand Hold for 45 sec -sub with overhead plate hold as heavy as possible-
  • Kettlebell Hold (106/70) for 45 sec
  • Front Rack Hold (185/125) for 45 sec

45 seconds work, 15 seconds “rest” in every minute.

Ideally the Kettlebell hold is one handed.
