EMOM for 28mins:
- Deadhang Hold for 45 seconds
- Handstand Hold for 45 sec -sub with overhead plate hold as heavy as possible-
- Kettlebell Hold (106/70) for 45 sec
- Front Rack Hold (185/125) for 45 sec
45 seconds work, 15 seconds “rest” in every minute.
Ideally the Kettlebell hold is one handed.
