3 Handstand Pushups

ADV = 155/105 2 squat cleans, 4 Deficit Handstand Pushups (strict)

5 min rest then, using the same weight…

AMRAP in 8 minutes of:

3 Wall Balls

2 Squat Cleans

1 Jerk (split or squat)
