All the Cleans

In a 30 minute window build to a heavy weight on the following complex:

  • Power Clean
  • Hang Power Clean
  • Squat Clean
  • Hang Squat Clean


Hands must stay on the barbell for all movements. The less time the barbell spends on the floor the better – touch and go reps are ideal.

AMRAP in 7 minutes of:

  • 1 Power Clean
  • 1 Hang Power Clean
  • 1 Squat Clean 
  • 1 Hang Squat Clean
  • 2 Jerks
