Alternate between movements to build up to a 1 rep max for both.
For time complete the following:
30 Russian Kettlebell Swings (24kg/16kg)
10-1 reps of Deadlift and Strict Press (115/75)
30 Russian Kettlebell Swings
All Kettlebell Swings must be CHIN height
