Complete the following for time:

5 Rounds of:

5 Deadlifts (225/155)

15 Alternating Kettlebell Swings (24/16)

immediately followed by 3 rounds of:

15 Sumo Deadlift Highpulls (Kettlebell)

30 Heavy Junp Rope Singles
