  • 15 Assault Bike Calories
  • 8 reps of Dumbbell Deadlifts -2 dumbbells- 50/35
  • 4 Dumbbell Jerks
  • 2 Strict Pull Ups

  • Strict Form Pushups -you set your number and stick to it.
