Push Press Test

AMRAP in 1 minute of Push Presses (95/65)

RX+= Kipping Handstand Pushups

 

Heavy Jump Rope Test

AMRAP in 1 minute of Heavy Jump Rope Singles

 

Notes

All 4 Tests must be completed during one session.

They can be done in any order with as much rest between each effort as needed.

Tests will be repeated in one month so if you scale weights please use the same weights on the retest.
