This is not timed but it is time capped!

 

Row Intervals

10 Rounds for time of:

  • Row 100
  • Rest 30 seconds

 

EMOM for 7 mins:

1-3-5-7-9-12-15 reps each minute of:

  • Wallballs
  • Pullups (RX+= CHEST TO BAR)

You should not fail to meet the rep requirements of each round So consider this:
