EMOM for 24 minutes

Only 1 movement per minute for 6 rounds

2 Squat Clean (as heavy as possible – but zero failed reps!)

10 Wallballs

10 SlamBalls

45 Second Handstand Hold



RX- = 30 second hold or plate hold

RX+ = complete 5 strict handstand push-ups during the 45 sec hold


-for every failed rep of any movement complete an additional 10 Slam Balls at the end
