20 minutes to work your skills:

Wall Holds -goal 30 seconds

Freestanding Holds -goal 30 seconds with a hollow body position.

Handstand Walking – only once you can maintain a 15 second minimum hold!


AMRAP in 6 minutes of:

3 Full Clean & Jerks (squat clean & split jerk)

9 Box Jumps (24 inch/20 inch)
