Please be strict on your form with these basic bodyweight movements:
Pullups involve a FULL extension of the arms at the bottom of the movement and your chin MUST go over the bar at the top of the movement. If you cannot do this for every rep you need to scale the movement or rep scheme.
Pushups DO NOT involve breakdancing, or rolling. Full range of motion on this means getting your chest to touch the floor at the bottom and keeping a plank position at the top of the movement. Do not lay down and rest at the bottom! If you cannot do this for every rep you need to scale the movement or rep scheme.
Air squats involve heels begin flat, no knees caving in at the bottom, chest up, arms and hands away from the body and coming to a full standing position, with your hips fully open before going into the nest rep. If you cannot do this for every single rep, you need to scale the rep scheme.
Don’t be the person who accepts bad reps, just for a higher score!
