-Deadlift Hold for 45 seconds (225/155)

-12 Box Jump Overs

-Handstand Hold 45 seconds (sub with a heavy bumper plate hold overhead)

-Slam Balls
10 reps at 50# 
6 reps at 40# 

 

Only one movement per round.

Start at any station but maintain the prescribed order.
