For the highest power clean round, complete the following for 12 mins:

6 squat thrusts
6 power clean
6 squat thrusts
7 power clean
6 squat thrusts
8 power clean
6 squat thrusts
9 power clean
6 squat thrusts
10 power cleans etc

Final score = whatever power clean round you get to + the extra power clean reps.
No score for the squat thrusts so move they them FAST!

All squat thrusts are a burpee without the pushup, jumping onto a 45lb plate at the top of every rep, instead of jumping into the air as you would on a regular burpee.
Hands never touch the plate.
You only jump onto it to finish the rep and jump off it to start the next rep.
