  • 40 Wallballs (20/14)
  • 100 Kettlebell Swings -Russian- (24kg/16kg)
  • 40 Burpees 
  • 100 Heavy Jump Rope Singles
  • 40 Overhead Squats (95/65)
  • 100 Planked Shoulder Taps
  • 40 Hang Power Cleans (135/95)

 

Once you you start a movement, complete all the required reps before moving to the next movement
