30 mins to build to a heavy weight for the following complex:

 

3 Overhead Squats (first rep can be a squat snatch)

4 steps overhead walking lunges (trailing knee must touch the floor)

3 Overhead Squats

 

realistically you will only have time for up to 5 attempts

 

rest then

 

3 Rounds for time of the following:

10 Power Snatches

10 Overhead Squats

increase the weight with every round
