Jumping Squats


(10×10) build up to a heavy set.

Full depth squats.

Take off, driving thru the heels.

Jump should not be more than a couple of inches.

Landing should be solid, without any tipping forward.

No more than a 2 second pause between reps.

Rest no more than 2 minutes between each set.

Poor form = poor results so do it right!
