20 mins to work up to a heavy set of 5 reps. The final rep must include a 5 second negative.

Rounded backs are UNACCEPTABLE.


10 Step Walking Lunge

20 mins to build up to a heavy set of 10 walking lunges with the barbell on your back.

Back knee must touch the ground with every step.

Athlete must come to a full standing position with every step.
