In Teams of 2 complete the following for time in this order:

Front Squat a total of at least 4000lbs

Shoulder to Overhead a total of at least 4000lbs

50 Knees to Elbows

100 Situps

Team run (run together) 200m

Use any weight you want to hit your total.

Only 1 member of your team can be moving at any time unless running
