8 Rounds of: 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, of the following:

Toes to Bar

Front Squat (95/55)

Shoulder to Overhead -press, pushpress, push jerk, split jerk are all acceptable- (95/55)

The 10 seconds “rest” should be viewed as transition time between each movement.

This workout is over in 12 minutes and your end score will be your TOTAL reps.

FULL range of motion on all barbell movements is essential.
