EMOM for 10 mins:

  • STRICT pullups
  • pick your number of reps and stick to it
  • NO KIPPING
  • No Pullups? -work negatives, ring rows, jump and pull etc

 

then…

 

Complete 10 Rounds for time of:

  • 2 Power Cleans (185/125)
  • 1 Jerk
  • 8 Alternating Reverse Lunges -holding a dumbbell (50/35)
