  • 10 Single Leg Kettlebell Deadlifts -left leg (24kg/16kg)
  • 10 Single Leg Kettlebell Deadlifts -right leg
  • 20 Full Kettlebell Swings
  • 10 Pushups

 

RX+= 10 Front Squats after the swings and Strict Handstand Pushups instead of regular pushups
