Complete 1 Squat Clean Thruster every 90 seconds for 15 minutes, building up to a heavy single.

This equates to 10 rounds.

Add weight with each round, as long as your form justifies adding more.

All squat clean thrusters are single, smooth movements – DO NOT break it down to anything like: a power clean into a front squat followed by a push press or jerk!

Then 7, 14, 21

Then 8, 16, 24

Then 9, 18, 27
