20 Rep Backsquats
Day 1, Week 1 of our 6 week program.
starting weight should be 85lbs less than your 5 rep max.
Every day of the program (Mon-Wed-Fri) we will be squatting 20 reps.
Each time, add 5lbs on from your previous weight.
All 20 reps must be unbroken.mTake your time, breath and squat the way the good Lord intended you to squat…
15 min time cap, including your warmup.
Compkete the following for time:
8 Rounds of:
1 Power Clean (205/135)
1 Squat Clean
immediately followed by:
30 Pullups (RX+= 12 Bar Muscleups)
For those not working at the RX weight you should be using 80-85% of your max clean and jerk.
