Triple Trifle

Chose between version 1 or version 2.

Scale weight as necessary. Do not scale rep scheme.

 

Version 1

AMRAP in 10 mins of:

  • 10 Backsquats (men = bodyweight/ women = 75% of bodyweight)
  • 10 Deadlifts (men 1.5x bodyweight, women 1.2x bodyweight)
  • 10 Burpees

 

Version 2

AMRAP in 10 mins of:

  • 10 Backsquats (men = bodyweight/ women = 75% of bodyweight)
  • 10 Deadlifts (men 1.5x bodyweight, women 1.2x bodyweight)
  • 10 Strict Handstand Pushups (no kipping at all!)
