  • 5 Backsquats BW +30lbs

 

EMOM for 5 mins:

  • Strict Pullups -pick your number and stick to it
  • RX+= Strict Ring Muscleups

 

EMOM for 5 mins:

  • 7 Push Press (as heavy as possible-no jerks)

 

EMOM for 5 mins:

  • 20 Russian KBS (32kg/24kg)
