Complete the following for time:

  • Run 1 Mile
  • 100 Pullups
  • 200 Pushups
  • 300 Air Squats
  • Run 1 Mile

Partition the pullups, pushups and airsquats as needed and wear a 20lb weight vest if you have one.

Scaled options will be available.

A 60 minute time cap applies
