Memorial Day Workout

All start with a 90 second gymnastic plank hold

Immediately followed by the following, in any order:

100 Double Unders

50 Pushups

40 Shoulder to overhead (95/65)

30 Back Squats (95/65)

20 Pullups

100 Double Unders

1 Mile Run

Once you start a movement you must complete all of the required reps of that movement before moving on to the next movement.
