Bulgarian Split Squat

3-3-3-3-3-3 (working each side for 3 reps, building up to a heavy triple)

20 minute time cap


8 Rounds for time of:

3 Squat Cleans (135/95)

2 Reverse Lunges (1 rep lefrt leg, 1 rep right leg)

1 Split Jerk

10 Squat Thrusts (a burpee WITHOUT a pushup)

Back knee must make contact with the floor on the reverse lunges.

All Squat Thrust must finish with a jump and hands in the air.
