Complete 1 Power Clean every 15 seconds for 5 minutes.
Go as heavy as possible – goal is no failed or skipped reps during the 5 minutes.
Clean and Push Up
AMRAP in 7 minutes of:
- 2 Power Cleans
- 1 Squat Clean
- 8 Parallette Bar Push Ups
