Barbell Conditioning Complex

2 ROUNDS OF:

  • Every minute on the minute for 6 min:
    3 Hang Power Cllean
    4 Alternating Step Back Lunges

rest for 1 min then

  • Every minute on the minute for 6 min:
    2 Squat Clean
    3 Push Jerks

rest for 1 min 

 

Go as heavy as possible using the same weight for each round. You may increase weight for the second round but to register a successful score you must complete all the required movements in each minute, otherwise you DNF regardless of weight.
