Squat Burpee +

Every minute on the minute for 24 mins:

  • Odd Minutes – 5 Backsquats (185/135)
  • Even Minutes – Burpees*

 

*Start with 1 burpee and every even minute when the burpees come round again, add another rep.

If you do this as prescribed you’ll end on 12 burpees.

If you’re unable to keep up with the required number, running out of time, scale to the last number of burpees that you successfully completed and maintain this number until the 24 minutes are completed.
