10-1 reps of:
Deadlift (RX= 150% of your Bodyweight)
Bench Press (RX= Bodyweight)
Squat Clean (RX = 75% of your Bodyweight)
The movements can be performed in any order, however there is a strict time cap of 22 mins
This may mean that you will have to scale the weights or risk a DNF!
