Part 1

6 X 10 in 12 (or less)

In a 12 minute time cap, complete 6 rounds of the following:

  • 10 Raised Bar Pushups
  • 10 Toes to Bar

 

RX+= 12 reps of each movement in 12 mins or less

 

Part 2

100 thirty 100 -squat version-

Complete th following for time:

  • 100 Heavy Jump Rope Singles
  • 30 Backsquats (185/125)*
  • 100 Heavy Jump Rope Singles

 

*need to scale the squats? Work at 65% of your max.
