Every minute on the minute for 20 mins:

7 Deadlifts on the even minutes

7 Ring Pushups on the odd minutes

RX = 235/165 scale accordingly.

If you cannot do full ring pushups, substitute with regular full range of motion pushups.

No breakdancing on pushups or flared elbows…it looks awful and demonstrates poor body mechanics!
