AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

  • 5 Pullups 
  • 10 Pushups 
  • 15 Airsquats 


Important Notes:

RX+= Chest to Bar Pullups

RX= Regular chin over bar pullups

ALL RX pushups performed correctly – KNEES NEVER TOUCHING THE FLOOR. If you are unable to do this you need to scale.
