Every Minute on the Minute for 24 Minutes Complete the Following:

7 Clean & Jerks (Even Minutes)

7 Wall Ball Shots (Odd Minutes)

RX= 105/75 Barbell weight for the Clean & Jerks

RX= 20lbs/14lbs Medball weight for the Wall Balls

For athletes who do not squat to correct depth on the wall ball shots, you will be required to use a med ball as a depth guage. Target heights must also be strictly adhered to. Accuracy is a basic element of fitness! No excuses!
