Compiling all the do’s and don’ts of how to nourish your body can take a long time. In fact, many very long and
boring super interesting books have been written about this subject. So much so, that it has become one of the hottest topics in the health world lately. I have read so many of these books that even I (a self-proclaimed nutrition nerd) glaze over after a while.
Anyway, I recently stumbled over this brilliant summary on one of my favorite blogs and thought it encapsulates everything so perfectly that, if one were to find oneself without a single other piece of nutritional advice for the rest of one’s life, this would suffice.
In fact, not only would it suffice, but I could safely venture to say that if one stuck with this way of eating, one would stand the best possible chance of maintaining vibrant health well into old age, of having awesome glowy skin and [most importantly of course], looking good naked ; )
